Can You Really Make Yourself Win?

Some people think so including me.

When I was researching my book, You Can't Win If You Don't Enter: American Edition , people kept asking me if I knew a way they could win more. The result was a chapter called Attracting Luck. I realized there were seven traits and actions winners possessed and did. Winners:

1. think positively.

2. expect to win.

3. feel like a winner.

4. have good chi flowing inside and out.

5. share with others.

6. don’t cheat.

7. enter, enter, enter…

Are you doing all of those? Probably not if you not winning as much as you would like.

Think positively

Happiness is a choice. Choose to be happy and look on the brighter side of life. What is your life’s outlook? Is the glass half full or half empty? Do you Think Win?

Expect to win

I expect to win 5-15+ prizes every month, month after month, and I do. I have for the past four years. How much do you expect to win? Helene Hadsell of Alvarado TX expected to win and won every contest she entered. She is the author of The Name It And Claim It Game (Revised Edition) . She won by using her mind and focussing her energy on the prize.

Feel like a winner

It’s not enough to think like a winner. You have to feel like one too. Think of a time that you won a prize or had something really great happen in your life. Can you feel the joy bubbling up inside of you? Before you begin entering, draw on that feeling, get happy, joyous, giddy, and then begin. Like attracts like. So feel like a winner, and you will be.

Have good chi flowing inside and out

Chi or Qi (pronounced chee) is the flow of energy. Blocked chi can block wins. To keep your inner chi balanced and flowing, meditate, practice yoga, eat organics, breathe, etc. To keep your outer chi balanced and flowing, feng shui your home and office.

Share with others

“You reap what you sow.” It seems that those that help others the most in online groups and forums or in clubs, seem to win the most.

Don’t cheat

It’s just bad karma. “What goes around, comes around.” You may win a particular contest, but you will most definitely lose in another area in your life.

Enter, Enter, Enter…

Like in sales, it’s a numbers game. The more you enter, the more opportunity you have to win. Read the rules (my #1 entering tip), enter as often as possible and via as many entry methods as you can; in person, call-in, mail-in, online and TXT messaging.

And most importantly, HAVE FUN!
